We will also need any digital assets, such as logos, branding guidelines, and other resources, you may have. Once we’ve finalized a business agreement and received all necessary assets, the project will be queued for phase one. Yes. We travel the world to support you on your event in Hotel congress center. We have a mobile graphics unit that come’s prepared with all the software you need to create your presentation on-site days before your event. Here’s a few places we’ve done show support: Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, Orlando, London, Rome, Zurich, Barcelona, Athens, Stockholm and more.

We are a team of professional PowerPoint designers and expert copywriters, all with several years of experience in the field. Our office is based in Laval in the beautiful greater Montreal region in Canada.

Yes. We work with clients all over the world, spanning North America, Western Europe, Asia, and Australia. No matter where you’re located, we can help you make your presentations shine. We conduct virtual meetings and discuss projects over the phone, through email, and can transfer files via FTP services. We also offer extended business hours and are available at additional times upon request. To make sure that client requirements are met, our team works in a co-creative process, allowing clients to participate throughout the course of the project.

Turnaround depends on the presentation’s length, features, and graphic needs. We typically deliver presentations within 8 to 10 business days. We also do rush turnarounds depending on your project’s nature and audience.

We work hourly or by project. Payments are made via company checks or via Paypal.
